I was reading an article on MSNBC that stated that Swordfish bought at various stores, including Whole Foods, had mercury levels above the legal limit. I shop at Whole Foods thinking the food has met rigorous standards, and then come to find this. What is Whole Foods doing to insure that high levels of mercury is not being sold at their stores? Is this a concern to Whole Foods?
I sent an e-mail to them, but they have not yet replied. I'll give an update if and when they do.
